Blue Sky Rooftop Bar & Dining Releases Its New Modern French Bistro Menu 2018 Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok


Blue Sky at Centara Grand at Central Plaza Ladprao Bangkok, named as one of the 15 Most Exciting Rooftop Bars in the World by Architecture Art Design website, has just launched its brand new mouth-watering Modern French Bistro menu

Executive Chef Christian Werdenberg and Blue Sky’s team of culinary artists offer a nightly range of specialties for diners to enjoy against a background of spectacular views over the city. The menu offers continental favourites such as live Boston lobster (THB 1,700++); 200 days aged Angus 83 T-bone steak, truffle butter, mushroom ragout, red wine jus (THB 1,800++); Dutch veal cutlet with green pepper sauce and grilled zucchini (THB 1,750++); seared foie gras, sauteed Romaine lettuce, hazelnuts, sherry dressing (THB 620++); Nicoise salad with seared tuna, poached egg and anchovy-olive tapenade (THB 480++), and classic Steak & Frites (THB 1,450++). You will also be tempted by unique combinations of East and West like sea bass Saltimbocca wrapped in Parma ham (THB 570++); Boston lobster bisque scented with X.O. sauce (THB 390++) or king crab cake with spicy yuzu mayonnaise (THB 650++).

The dessert parade features frozen vanilla mille-feuilles (THB 300++); Choux pastry, vanilla ice cream with warm chocolate sauce (THB 300++); chocolate moelleux (THB 300++); mango, licorice & lemon (THB 350++) and papaya “tart tatin”, lime sorbet (THB 350++).

The special dishes are being served at Blue Sky now, every evening from 18.00 – 02.00 hrs. (Last order at 23.00 hrs.)
