A.P. Honda, official distributor of Honda motorcycle in Thailand, is launching New Honda CB150R, the Neo Sport Cafe look that has been modified to meet the new “The Streetster” concept, and a new presenter, Jirayu “Got” Tantrakul. The rising star from Channel 3 will reflect the character of New Honda CB150R’s The Streetster and convey the message to users, who enjoy the look of Neo Sport Cafe 2019.

The new look of 2019 has maintained the round LED lamp and enhanced by the new graphic pattern on the gas tank, with a 150 logo engraved at the tail of the vehicle. The new model stands out for its red caliper at the front and rear wheels. The 150cc engine and DOHC 4-Valve cylinder head with molybdenum will make your rides more enjoyable and exciting. In the newly-designed frame, the center of gravity – the sitting position and the positions of the engine and exhaust pipe – has been moved to the middle of the vehicle, to enhance the vehicle control especially at high speed and when making turns.

Suggested retail price starts from 99,800 baht. The sale forecast is set at 18,000 units per year. The standard model with disc brake on front and rear wheels of Honda CB150R comes in three color options; red-black, black, and new black-and-white. Since first introduced in September 2017, Honda CB150R has received a very positive feedback from the sport motorcycle users. In 2019, A.P. Honda has planned to spiced up the Honda CB150R. Suchart has explained “the design concept 1. to empower Neo Sport Cafe; 2. to make the character of CB150R more outstanding; and 3. to make the outstanding features to be more easily understood. The main changes in the New Honda CB150R are the quality of a street bike has been added, seen on the graphic pattern on the gas tank and the 150 logo engraved on the tail of the vehicle. The model also stands out, with its red calipers on the front and rear wheels and the sharper gold color on the front upside-down shock absorber and the bold red color on the top.”

The wide rear wheel, 150mm, is a perfect match for the 150cc engine, enhancing the balance and road friction. The radial front and rear wheels have been designed for a strong but flexible ride, with a better control on road friction, even at a high speed. The wing arm is made from lightweight, durable steel enhances a better control while improving the ride. The 41mm upside-down shock absorber is borrowed from a big bike, which is designed to absorb any bumpy rides while enhancing the riding control. The model also stands out for its red 4-Valve caliper, with radial mount and floating 296mm front disc brake – a technology borrowed from the MotoGP racing circuit. Every stop will be more confident with the ABS brake on the front and rear, and G-Sensor system, enhancing the skid resistance (in some editions only).
