Mazda presents prestigious awards to dealers with best performance, able to build brand and win customers‘ hearts


Bangkok, Thailand – 13 September 2023 – Mazda held an event to present the Mazda Dealer of Excellence Award to recognize, honor and create pride for dealers with excellent business performance of 2022, especially in delivering excellent service experience to customers, taking care of customers from the area of sale to after-sale service, maintaining market share in each area, adhering to Mazda Brand Value Management to strengthen Mazda Brand in Thailand as well as delivering the best experience to customers. As a result, it led to customers’ brand loyalty and repeat purchases which is in line with the Retention Business Model. There were 15 dealers from all over the country with the highest scores that won the prestigious awards which reflected the strength of Mazda's dealer network that they are ready to create new business models for sustainable growth along with taking best care of customers.

For the award criteria for Mazda Dealer of Excellence Award, this is the first year that Mazda has adjusted the criteria for rewarding dealers by focusing on customer satisfaction, customer care and brand building to create relationship and bonding with customers each area. The new award criteria will drive Mazda dealers in each area to have a competition in terms of service and will improve their service standard. For that reason, it will drive Mazda to become a unique brand that is able to create a long-term best customer experience according to Mazda Brand Value Management guideline that is aiming for a sustainable growth.

At the event, Mazda also presented the Mazda Guild 2022 or the award for the excellence in sales and after-sales service to dealers’ team that had an excellent performance in 2022 in order to build morale for the team and recognize the achievements of their teamwork under the Thai Mazda Way in delivering happiness to Mazda customers. This is an important mission that Mazda global gives importance to.
