Chevrolet Thailand Confirms Ongoing Aftersales and Customer Support Services


 Chevrolet remains committed to providing ongoing support to customers for
ongoing aftersales, warranty and repair work

 Chevrolet will retain an Aftersales and Customer Assistance business and
dedicated team to continue looking after customers in Thailand

 Chevrolet will work with dealer partners to establish Chevrolet Authorized
Service Outlets to provide certified maintenance, parts, warranty repairs and
roadside assistance

 Chevrolet Customer Assistance Center will remain on call to answer customer
questions

BANGKOK, THAILAND – Chevrolet Thailand today reiterated its commitment to continue supporting existing Chevrolet customers for ongoing aftersales, warranty and repair work
through a national network of Chevrolet Authorized Service Outlets. GM will retain
an ongoing Aftersales and Customer Assistance team in Thailand to continue looking after
Chevrolet customers, following the end of new vehicle sales.

Hector Villarreal, President of GM Southeast Asia, said: “We remain committed to looking
after our valued customers. Although we will cease new vehicle sales by the end of this
year, Chevrolet owners can rest assured that we will continue to honor all vehicle
warranties and provide aftersales support through a dedicated aftersales network in
Thailand. We will also retain an Aftersales and Customer support team and business in
Thailand to ensure existing customers will have all their Aftersales, service, repair and
spare parts needs met”.

Thailand, added that Aftersales services, such as maintenance, repairs, or spare parts
availability, will continue: “GM Thailand has a warehouse facility with ample capacity, currently
accommodating thousands of parts for all Chevrolet vehicle models, including current and older
models. My Aftersales team and I will remain operating in Thailand to ensure
we can continue looking after customers.”

Aftersales and Customer Services, including:

 Bumper-to-bumper factory warranty of 3 years or 100,000km, whichever comes first,
covering workmanship, parts and manufacturing defects
