Volvo promoting the Drive Your Desire campaign and innovative safety technology at Bangkok International Motor Show 2019


Volvo appearance at the 40th Bangkok International Motor Show comes after a year in which the brand experienced its highest number of new cars sold in Thailand since 2013. Volvo’s position as a safety innovation leader is stronger than ever, backed by the company’s statement that “Cars are driven by people, the guiding principle behind everything we make at Volvo, is and must remain safety.”

Volvo’s Freedom to Move, in a Safe, Personal and Sustainable way in the “Drive Your Desire” campaign will be on full display at the Bangkok International Motor Show March 27 – April 7, 2019 at IMPACT Muang Thong Thani. The big event provides the latest opportunity for Volvo to capitalize on its recent success driven by the release of several models in recent months that provide fabulous options for Thai drivers, including the Volvo S90, which was recently named Best Hybrid Mid-Size Sedan at the Car of The Year Awards 2019 organized by Grand Prix International, Plc., the New Volvo XC40, our compact SUV that’s big on innovations, the Volvo XC60, a premium, mid-sized SUV “Designed Around You” that has sold 1,000,000 units sold worldwide since 2011; and the Volvo XC90, an award-winning luxury SUV with cutting-edge technology and elegant Scandinavian design.

Our retail partners have also been heavily involved in our transformation journey. In fact, 66% of our retail partners now showcase our Volvo Retail Experience showrooms and this will increase to 100% by the end of this year.

Customers will be able to choose a 0% interest rate program for 48 months, combined with the possibility of a FREE UPGRADE to the highest-quality model in each category, or FREE accessories packs, and as well as benefits provided in the 10-Year Maintenance Offer. For an order placed on a Diesel engine XC60, S90 or XC90, a free upgrade to a T8 Twin Engine Plug-in-Hybrid, or a customer who is already interested in the T8 Momentum version will be offered a free upgrade to our top version T8 Inscription.
