Volvo has announced that its S60 T8 Polestar Engineered will be available in extremely limited quantities for US customers.
The company is only planning to bring a batch of 20 examples to US showrooms. All will be exclusively available via the all-in Care by Volvo subscription program, priced at $1100 per month.
The Polestar Engineered variant boasts more power than the standard T8 plug-in hybrid powertrain, providing 415 horsepower and 494 pound-feet of torque.
Drivers are also treated to specially tuned Ohlins suspension, Brembo brakes with gold calipers, a strut bar and unique 19-inch forged alloy wheels.
Volvo will begin accepting subscription applications for the S60 Polestar Engineered at noon ET on June 28 via the Care by Volvo mobile app.
